I really enjoyed this course because I learned a great amount of information that I never knew before. I was able to recognize my positive and negative health habits, and fix what I needed to in my daily routine. The following assignments go in to detail of my diet and health habits, and you will have a better understanding of what I had to do to change those. The second paper will more specifically talk about a film that was required for this course, and the description, summary and my thoughts of it.
